Graham Bryan

With over 30 years across theatre, film, and television, Graham Bryan brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep passion for storytelling. An alumnus of the ITV Workshop, Graham’s career spans renowned stages like The Young Vic and The Royal Court, as well as film and TV work with Channel 4, the BBC, and 20th Century Fox. In 2004, he co-founded RAW Academy to provide affordable drama training for inner-city children—mentoring emerging talent and directing productions that have launched many successful careers.

At Ostara Pictures, Graham leads creative development, shaping bold, human stories with purpose and heart. Recent work includes directing narrative-driven music videos, staging Me and My at the London and Edinburgh Fringe, and producing the BBC-funded short film 2003. He continues to champion and mentor the next generation of creatives across film, theatre, and television.

Raimund Berens

An alumnus of the London Film School (MA, 2005), Raimund Berens is a seasoned bilingual producer, executive, and board member with over two decades of global screen industry experience. His career spans development, production, distribution, and finance—with a focus on the business of entertainment over the past 15 years.

Raimund has played key leadership roles in guiding startups and scale-ups into new markets. He’s secured significant private investment, structured innovative financial models, and successfully navigated FCA-regulated environments—securing funding from public bodies and private investors alike. Alongside his role at Ostara, Raimund consults widely and serves on the boards and committees of companies including Film House Germany AG and a range of emerging ventures.
