- You release us from all liability for any loss or damage to the Material.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
8. Limitation of Remedies

- You confirm that you are executing this agreement voluntarily, without coercion, and with a complete understanding of all its terms and effects.
- You confirm that you have the legal right, power, and authority to execute and deliver this agreement.
10. Definitions
- “You” and “Your” refer to the undersigned and include all legal representatives, assignees, licensees, or successors to the Material, and any principal for whom you are acting.
- “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Ostara Pictures Limited and its successors, assignees, employees, officers, directors, licensees, associated companies, and individuals.
